Querisma Beauty Studio is an inclusive environment that welcomes all good-intentioned people regardless of gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, or race. COVID-19 & Wellness Procedures

  • Pre-appointment: If you have experienced any signs of illness within 4 days of our appointment, please reschedule.⁠

  • Masks shall be worn at the discretion of the client.

  • Kindly do not bring other parties with you to your appointment without asking.

  • All surfaces and implements are sanitized between clients. All used towels and capes are stored in a covered laundry bin to be washed in hot water.

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required for all appointments. Your deposit will be applied to your balance and can only be transferred to a rescheduled appointment once. If you wish to transfer your deposit to a new appointment, it must be done within 30 days.

Overtime fees

Prices displayed at booking are base rates and will increase in increments of $20 per 15 minutes if additional time is needed.

Detangling

I do not offer detangling as a service; therefore, I will not simply charge you for the extra time it takes to detangle your hair. All guests are expected to arrive with their hair free of dense tangles and mats. If you have recently taken down braids, your hair must be fully combed out. If I cannot easily detangle your hair within 5 minutes of starting your visit, your appointment will be canceled and you will be subject to a $50 rebooking fee.

Lateness

If you will be more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, please let me know as soon as possible. We will either have to adjust your service based on how much time is left OR we will need to reschedule your appointment, and you may be subject to fees.

Cancellations & No-shows

In order to provide the best possible scheduling options to my guests, I require 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me. Should you cancel your appointment within less than 24 hours, you will be subject to a $25 cancelation fee.

If you have pre-paid your appointment and need to cancel, you are entitled to a refund minus 20%, which is the equivalent of an appointment deposit. You may transfer this deposit to a new appointment within 30 days.

Canceling 3 consecutive times requires a $50 deposit in order to book a future appointment.

A “no show, no call” will result in a loss of booking privileges.

Service do-overs

I strive to offer my guests the highest level of satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let me know within 3 days of your visit and I'm happy to correct the issue with no additional charge. Redo appointments must be completed within 30 days of your original appointment unless otherwise stated in writing. For guests under 18: You must be in agreement with your guardian about your color. I *will not* honor re-dos because you requested something that your guardian/paying party did not authorize.

Refunds

I do not offer refunds on completed services.
